Streven Single Barrel bourbon is aged at least 5 years in 30 and 53 gallon barrels and bottled at 100 proof. A mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barely is used.
Tasting Notes - Buttery sweet corn, caramel, vanilla, and light fruit on the nose. On the palate the vanilla and caramel come through along with brown sugar and charred oak.

Streven Vodka is distilled a total of 7 times from a 100% corn mash bill for a truly “neutral” spirit. Only the cleanest and smoothest spirit is filled into each Streven bottle.
Tasting Notes – light and balanced nose with a sweetness and smooth mouthfeel on the palate. Finishes clean and is a very sippable vodka.

Juniper, Citrus, Florals Gevell – from Latin “gemellus”...TWIN. We craft our gin in small batches using a vapor infusion “gin basket” system. This vapor infusion technique creates a balanced spirit and allows each of the botanical flavors to shine. Light and clean, Gevell is the perfect gin to be enjoyed on its own, in a martini, or your favorite cocktail.
Tasting Notes – Classic London Dry style gin with no artificial sweeteners or flavors. Gevell is a lighter body gin with juniper and citrus on the nose. Angelica and sweet orange peel are present on the palate, and a hint of coriander at the back.
